The Telangana High Court dismissed Narsapuram MP Raghurama Krishnam Raju's writ petition. The Gachibowli police filed a case against him after receiving a complaint from an AP Intelligence constable. Raghurama's son Bharat, PA Shastri, CRPF ASA, and a constable have all been named as defendants in the case. It is known that while the constable was on duty in Boulder Hills, four men arrived in a car and drove him to Raghurama's house, where he was tortured. In this regard, the court denied the quash petition filed by MP Raghurama and his son Bharat, who sought to have the case against them dismissed at Gachibowli Police Station.

Up until 5.30 p.m. on Thursday, Telangana State had registered 592 new cases of Coronavirus. The total number of Coronavirus-positive cases in the state has risen to 8,04,529, while the death toll has remained constant at 4,111. Until 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, a total of 27,488 samples had been tested, bringing the total number of samples tested to 3,57,86,975. On Thursday, 477 people had recovered from the disease. Telangana State currently has 4,997 active cases.

TRS Party Working President KT Ramarao's call for protests against rising gas prices has sparked widespread support across Telangana. Protests against Prime Minister Modi were held in all mandals and urban centres on a large scale. They demonstrated their displeasure with the Modi government by putting firewood on gas stoves and burning Modi effigies. They demanded an immediate reduction in the rising prices, which have become a significant burden on the poor. During those programs, TRS MPs, MLAs, MLCs, party presidents, and activists took part in protest activities all over the country.

On Wednesday, Rachakonda police rescued four children working in a company as part of Operation Muskan VIII. The owner of the company was arrested. Based on the information provided, a police team raided Rishoub Industries in Mangalpally village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal. "All four children, aged 11 to 17, were trafficked from Chhattisgarh and detained in sheds on the company grounds. The management exploited them in violation of labor laws "Rachakonda police said the children were forced to work for 10 hours and were paid only Rs.270. N Naresh Jain (53), the company's owner, was arrested. A case has been filed, and an investigation is underway.

The Hyderabad City Police arrested 14 people on Tuesday for allegedly being involved in various cyber fraud cases in the city. In the first case, police arrested 11 people, including four women, for allegedly duping people into redeeming reward points from a bank's credit card. Gang members pretended to be from the SBI head office when they called victims and convinced them to redeem reward points.

The state's tenth class advanced supplementary examinations will begin tomorrow. These exams will be held for students who failed the 10th-grade public exams in 2021-22, and hall tickets have already been distributed. The principals of the schools stated that students must obtain Hall tickets today and begin taking exams tomorrow. The 10th class supplementary exams will be held from July 6 to 15 and will run from 9:30 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on those dates. These exams will be taken by approximately 2,01,627 students.
