According to the government directive, students who are enrolled in a new college on spot admission must first apply for TC at the college where they were initially admitted. The colleges taking part in the spot admission procedure must follow this order. The government has mandated a refund of all expenses, including tuition fees paid at the college where the student first enrolled, for students who pass the KIM exam and are admitted through spot admission to a different college on the final day of admission.
