COVID-19 mortality is increasing in the state, and the focus

around 22%. Even though there is little evidence that a third vaccine dose is
effective against circulating strains (subvariants of Omicron), the moderate
immune cover provided by the third dose is critical for the State to weather
the current situation in which COVID cases and deaths appear to be on the rise,
