Ohmkar created and hosted the Indian Telugu-language reality game show Sixth Sense. The show premiered on Star Maa on March 31, 2018. OAK Entertainment is in charge of the production. The show aired every Saturday and Sunday at 9 p.m. for four seasons. As of 2021, three seasons with a total of 102 episodes had aired. The show format is thought to be a first of its kind, involving humans' unique senses and exploring their thinking abilities through minutely orchestrated nuances between the host and participating celebrities. The five commonly recognized human senses are sight, taste, hearing, smell, and touch. The game requires contestants to guess based on instinct, and they will be rewarded if their guess is correct. His Sixth Sense theme song, "One Second," is also quite popular. It is one of his most successful shows on television.
