The name change of Hyderabad has sparked renewed debate. During the national working group meetings in Hyderabad, many BJP leaders stated that if they win power, they will change Hyderabad. Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das also stated that Hyderabad's name will be changed to Bhagyanagar. On Twitter, Minister KTR responded to these remarks. BJP leaders specifically targeted satires. Why not rename Ahmedabad Adanibad before changing the name to Hyderabad? He sarcastically asked Raghubardas who this Jumla creature is.
